Dan Tobacco is produced in an old malthouse in Lauenburg, built more than 100 years ago. Andreas Mund is now in charge of development and production after the retirement of master blender Jürgen Westphal. Heiko Behrens and Michael Apitz of Dan Pipe, assist in the creations of new tobacco mixtures.
Devil's Holiday is named after a song by Benny Carter, an American jazz saxophonist, clarinetist, trumpeter, composer, arranger and bandleader. It's a blend of Black Cavendish with Golden Virginias, flavored with sweet wild forest berries. Hellishly good and heavenly delicious.
