The Paronelli brand gathers within itself a family passion that was born in 1945 with Jean Marie Alberto Paronelli who designed and created italian briar pipes. The ideas and canons of the founder have been handed down from generation to generation. Ariberto Paronelli, who now leads the company, carries on the work started by the founder with passion and dedication, designing and creating classic models with a modern twist.
Reverse is the first pipe created by Paronelli with the Calabash Reverse System, the shank's chamber allows for smoke decantation, providing a dry, fresh and cool experience. Made with 8-year-seasoned Sardinian briar for a lightweight, unique, and flavorful smoke. The Reverse has an exclusive patent of a double-hole (flanked) mechanism from the bowl into the expansion chamber, allowing the entire charge of tobacco to be smoked. The acrylic mouthpiece has a nylon pin, designed for smooth disassembly and cleaning.
