Falcon Bowl Billiard Smooth

The bowl would not screw tightly on the pipe - the threads kept slipping as I tried to tighten it. I noticed a rubber washer on the threads - which I have never seen in the past - but removing the washer did not help. I have other older bowls which do screw on tightly so it's not the pipe itself. Looks like a tolerance problem
