This is an aromatic through and through. Using a Japanese plum casing from Natures Flavors this blend gives notes of sweet plum and light caramel (NOT at all like Plum Cake, Royal Yacht or Woodbridge which have that wine like essence). Think a fresh ripe plum minus the tart of the skin if that makes sense. A truly unique aromatic that is candy like sweet!
